Notice for the International Design Competition for
the Urban Planning of Guanlan River Eco-Cultural Corridor
一、项目背景 Project Background
龙华新区地处深圳市中北部,东临龙岗,西接宝安、南山、光明,南连福田,北至东莞,总面积175.58平方公里,由民治、龙华、观澜、大浪四个办事处组成。
Located north of the central Shenzhen, west of Longgang, east of Baoan, Nanshan and Guangming, north of Futian and south of Dongguan, Longhua District includes four local council offices, Minzhi, Longhua, Guanlan and Dalang,with a total area 175.58 square kilometers.
观澜河位于龙华新区中部,其流域自南往北流经民治、龙华,大浪及观澜,是龙华新区的母亲河。随着经济的快速发展及大量产业及人口的集聚,巨大的环境压力造成了河流水质的严重污染,水量下降等问题,河流的治理及生态环境的恢复成为难题。
Located in the central district area, Guanlan River flows from south to north via Minzhi, Longhua, Dalang and Guanlan, as the mother river of Longhua District. However, the rapid economic growth and increase of the population have polluted the river. And the restoration of the river and the eco environment has become the major issue.
随着龙华新区的成立,在新体制、新机制、新优势的发展条件下,新区提出了建设“两区一城”,打造“一中轴九片区”的发展战略。
The establishment of Longhua district, along with the new strategic planning system, has proposed a vision towards “TWO DISTRICTS, ONE CITY” and “NINE AREAS WITH ONE AXIS”.
因应龙华新区行政体系调整、产业功能整合、新的发展定位确立,现龙华新区管委会组织开展观澜河生态文化走廊概念规划国际咨询工作,希望以国际视野和创新理念积极谋划观澜河沿岸的发展蓝图,以此带动观澜河沿岸的城市功能转型和城市空间品质的提升。
As a response to the adjustment of the Longhua district administration system, integration of the industrial functions and establishment of the new development direction, an international design competition is jointly organized by the Longhua District Administrative Committee. The competition is to develop a future for Guanlan riverfront, with an international vision and innovative ideas, which will lead a transformation of the urban functions and improvement of the urban space.
二、规划范围 Planning Scope
本次咨询范围包括两个层次,一是对观澜河干流两岸约500-1000米范围内开展沿线概念方案设计,总面积约23.7平方公里;二是在第一层次研究范围内选择重点地区进行城市设计,总面积不小于5平方公里。
