The Analysis of West Liberal View of Justice on Contract

——Also on the formation and rationality of the view of justice

Abstract： Liberalism argues that the justice results from the contract, and that the justice itself has been proven through the contract. This is a wrong opinion about the relation between contract and justice. It is sure for a contract to lead to formal justice, but not sure to substantive justice. Based on the basic principles of value, the substantive justice is derived from the entity of justice through the criterion of justice, without direct relation to the contract.
