降低桥梁大体积混凝土水化热技术探究【摘要】水泥的水化反应的过程属于是一个放热反应。一般情况下水泥的水化放热周期比较长,但是其大部分的热量都会在3d
左右便会放出,热量放出主要阶段为水泥浆出现凝结、硬化期。而在大型桥梁大体积混凝土中,引起混凝土和水泥浆体硬化的早期体积变形的原因就在于水泥出现水化热温升,因而为了能够有效防止桥梁大体积混凝土出现早期开裂现象,就需要有效降低水泥混凝土的水化热。

【 abstract 】 the process of hydration reaction of cement is belonged to an exothermic reaction. usually the cement hydration heat release cycle is long, but most of its quantity of heat can be in 3 d or so will release, quantity of heat release main stage for water condensation, hardened mud appear period. and the large bridge in mass concrete, causes the concrete and the slurry hardening of the early-age deformation because it was in cement hydration heat temperature rise, so in order to be able to effectively prevent the bridge of mass concrete cracking phenomena in early, they need to effectively reduce the cement hydration heat of concrete.
