弧齿锥齿轮数控铣齿机刀轴箱的设计
摘要
弧齿锥齿轮以其良好的动态性能,在机械行业中占有相当重要的地位,
在航空、航海、汽车和各种精密机床等行业应用广泛。弧齿锥齿轮和准双曲面齿轮具有重迭系数大,承载能力高,传动平稳,噪音低,对安装误差敏感性低等优点,被广泛应用于飞机、车辆、机床和各种机械产品中。而准双曲面齿轮普遍应用于汽车的驱动桥主减速传动。因而弧齿锥齿轮和准双曲面齿轮的设计与制造在机械行业中占有相当重要的地位。
但是弧齿锥齿轮的设计加工相当复杂,而且当前拥有该技术的Gleason
公司等搞技术垄断,促使许多国家对该项技术进行研究和探讨,因而对弧齿锥齿轮传动的设计、制造和检测技术的研究一直是齿轮制造中非常活跃的领域。尽管国内有多家企业研制开发了不同系列的弧齿锥齿轮数控加工机床,但是其控制系统都是采用SIEMENS、FANUC 等国外高档数控系统,使得国内在弧齿锥齿轮设计、加工等方面仍然受制于国外少数垄断企业,严重制约着我国制造业水平的提高。
本文通过对弧齿锥齿轮的齿面特征的研究,结合国内外可以了解的铣齿
机的机构特征,通过对现有机床的钻研和齿面加工方法的探究,按照齿轮啮合的原理,完成了弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机刀轴箱部分的运动简化设计,以及对传统的数控弧齿锥齿轮铣齿机机构作出了一些改进。

THE DESIGN OF CUTTER SPINDLE CASE OF SPIRAL
BEVEL GEAR CNC MILLING MACHINE-TOOL
ABSTRACT
Because of the excellent dynamic performances, spiral bevel gears play a
very important role in machinery industry, and are primarily applied to aviation, marine,automobile, precision machine tools and other projects. Spiral bevel and hypoid gears have many advantages in transmission as high contact ration and
load capacity, smooth transmitting, lower sensitivity to errors of installation,
low-noisy and so on; they are widely used in airplanes, automotive
vehicles,machine tools and a lot of kinds of machines. Also hypoid gears are
used in the trunk transmission of automobiles. As a result, the design and
manufacturing of spiral bevel and hypoid gears occupy an important position in the machinery manufacturing area.
The processing design of spiral bevel gears is comparatively complicated,
and meanwhile, the owners of the technology, such as Gleason corporation, are engaged in a technological monopolization Therefore, many countries are
prompted to the technology research and exploration, and the spiral bevel gear
drive in the design, manufacture and testing technology has been very active in the field of gear manufacturing. While domestic enterprises have developed
several different series of spiral bevel gear NC Machines, the control kernel is
the foreign NC systems, such as SIEMENS, FANUC and so on. It makes that the domestic spiral bevel gear design, manufacturing and other areas is still subject to few number of foreign monopolies, seriously hindering our manufacturing
development.
Combined with the home and abroad study of the spiral bevel gear tooth
surface characteristics to milling machine can understand the mechanism
characteristics. through the study of existing machine tools and the tooth surface processing methods to explore, in accordance with the principle of meshing gears, I completed to simplify the design part of the movemen of spiral bevel gear
milling machine cutter axlet, as well as make some improvements of the
traditional CNC spiral bevel gear milling machine body.
