抽样的6组数据,有4组过滤1次即合格,只有2组需要过滤多次,可见过滤机的改造还是起到了很显著的效果。

4 结 论

(1)影响变压器油介质损耗因数的因数主要是基础油精制深度、水分和杂质,而我车间的主要影响因素是杂质;

(2)影响变压器油击穿电压的因素主要是水分和杂质,而中国石化润滑油茂名分公司的主要影响

因素是水分;

(3)经过对真空滤机和过滤系统改造后,大大提高变压器油的合格率,且水分含量基本可降至35 mg/kg以下。

Discussion on Main Influence Factors and Improvement of Transformer Oil Quality

Abstract: Evaluation indices of transformer oil electrical performance are mainly medium loss factor (90 ℃) and breakdown voltage. And main influence factors for dielectric loss factor and breakdown voltage of transformer oil are impurities and moisture. Through transforming vacuum filtering system, dehydration effect was improved, dielectric loss factors and moisture were effectively reduced, breakdown voltage was increased, and quality of transformer oil was ensured.
