【句析】

本句是特殊疑问句。该句型用于询问某人的外貌。同义句型是：What’s he like? 回答时可用：

主语+ be + 形容词/ 介词短语。

主语+have/ has + (a/an) +形容词+名词。

【用法】

相当于want，但语气比want委婉。

（1）would like中的would常缩写为’d。would like可用于任何人称，没有人称和数的变化。其后可以接名词、代词。

Would you like sth.? 意为―你想要……吗？‖

肯定回答：Yes, please. / OK. / All right.等。

否定回答：No, thanks.

（2）would like后可以接动词不定式，构成would like to do sth.，意为―想要做某事‖。

Would you like to do sth.? 意为―你愿意/ 想做……吗？‖

肯定回答：Yes, I’d like/ love to. 是的，我愿意。

否定回答：I’d love to, but I am afraid …等。

（3）would like还可以用于would like sb. to do sth. 结构中，意为―想让某人做某事‖。

【例句】

He would（He’d）like some milk. 他想要些牛奶。

—Would you like some eggs? 你想要些鸡蛋吗？
