烟草信息管理系统的设计与实现

摘 要

我国烟草行业是国家实行专卖专营的垄断企业，随着我国加入WTO，我国的烟草行业面临严峻的挑战。对此，国家烟草专卖局提出了中国烟草现代化的基本思路，其中信息化建设成为当前烟草行业的工作重点。信息技术的有效应用将对提高烟草企业经济效益、优化企业资源配置、提高企业核心竞争力以及在未来拓展更大发展空间等方面起到举足轻重的作用。

本文首先介绍系统的开发背景，针对客户需求对信息系统进行需求分析，从而明确系统定位——按市场需求组织货源。然后对系统的设计目标和原则进行阐述；基于此，分别从技术架构、物理架构以及功能架构三个方面详细描述系统的设计过程，同时利用关系型数据库的存储格式优化了系统的数据存储，并对用户界面设计进行了描述。最后介绍了系统在一期试运行阶段主要功能的实现，利用PSO-BP算法优化了策略模型的预测方法，并对系统的用户界面(UI)、系统功能、系统性能以及系统的安全性进行测试，测试结果良好，但仍存在一些在开发时期未考虑到的问题，这些问题将在系统二期的开发过程中加以完善。

本文的主要研究工作如下：

1. 分析了国内外烟草营销体系，对系统开发背景进行了介绍；针对烟草局对 系统所提出的要求，根据使用对象的不同对系统进行了需求分析。

2. 结合信息系统的需求，明确了系统的目标原则；依据信息系统设计步骤， 对系统架构、功能、数据储存、用户界面、输入输出进行了设计。

3. 介绍了系统主要功能的实现，利用PSO-BP算法优化预测模型，并进行了 系统测试测试表明系统运行效果良好、安全、稳定，能够较好地满足企业要求。

目前，烟草信息管理系统已进入试运行阶段，实践证明本文设计的系统的技术架构充分体现了展现与门户层的灵活性，运行效果良好。

Abstract

With China joining WTO, monopolized tabacco industry faces fiece competition . Therefore, basic idea of Tobacco modernization is proposed by State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, which makes informatization construction the emphasis in Tabacco recently. Obviously the use of information technology plays an important role in economic benefit, resource allocation, core competence and development space.

The Development background and the demanding analysis of information collecting are introduced firstly in this paper, therefore, a definite market positioning of the MIS(management information system) is obtained ; Secondly ,it describes the targets and principles of the system ,based on this ,the design of the architecture plans of the system is specified in this section ,which includes technology architecture, physical architecture, functional architecture, data storage and the design of Users interface(UI) ;Finally it shows the system implementation in the first round trial run and tests the system performance ,and PSO-BP algorithm is utilized in this paper to optimize the prediction model ,the results indicates well but problems still exists which will be handled in the next trial run.

In this paper ,the research work is mainly reflected in the following aspects:

(1)The analysis of domestic and foreign tobacco companies marketing system ,the development background of system; accordance with the tobacco Monopoly Bureau of system, demanding analysis of system is recommended.

(2)Combined with the demand for system refered above ,according to information system design steps, the system architecture, function and database

(3)Introduced the realization of system function and optimized PSO-BP algorithm to predict well ,meanwhile, a systematic test results show that the system is running a good, stable, and able to meet the satisfaction of the company.

At present ,the system has been put into trial run by the practice which has proved that this article fully demonstrates the technical architecture layer flexibility, and runs well.
