基于51单片机的智能风扇控制器的设计

摘 要

生活节奏的一步一步加快,人们对于风扇的需求越来越紧迫,温控风扇越来越

受到重视并被广泛的应用。在现阶段,温控风扇的设计已经有了一定的成效,可

以使风扇根据环境温度的变化进行自动无级调速,当温度升高到设定值时能自动

启动风扇,当温度降到设定值时能自动停止风扇,实现智能控制。本文设计了基

于STC12C5A60S2单片机的智能风扇控制器,利用温度传感器DS18B20作为温度

采集元件,并根据采集到的温度,通过由两个BTS7970构成的H桥驱动风扇电机。

本设计采取了三种工作模式,即手动操作调速模式,包括按键和遥控,实现了通

过按键和遥控配合使用调速的功能;智能模式,根据检测到的温度与设定的温度

的比较实现风扇电机的自动启动和停止,启停的温度界限可由用户通过按键设置,

并能根据温度的变化自动改变风扇电机的转速;自然风模式,即风扇自动改变转

速以模拟自然风,给人们带来了极大的方便。考虑到人们在夏天使用风扇的时候

常常受到蚊子的困扰,本设计增添了超声波驱蚊的功能,使人们在凉爽的同时,

没有蚊子的打扰。同时使用诺基亚5110液晶显示器显示当前风扇的运行信息。本

次设计切实从人们生活考虑,特别是超声波驱蚊,将会给人们带来很大的便捷。

增加了液晶显示之后,人们操作起来更加方便。

Abstract

Step by step to speed up the pace of life, people demand for fan is more and more

urgent, more attention paid to the temperature control fan and widely application. At

this stage, the design of temperature control fan has a certain effect, can make the fan

according to the change of environmental temperature for automatic stepless speed

regulation, can automatically start when temperature increases to a certain fan, when the

temperature drops to certain can automatically stop the rotation of the fan and the

realization of intelligent control. This paper design a STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller

based intelligent fan controller, using temperature sensor DS18B20 as temperature

gathering element, and according to the collected temperature, by composed of two

BTS7970 H bridge driving the fan motor. This design adopted three kinds of working

mode, the manual control mode, including the keys and remote control, realized through

using speed control keys and remote control functions; Intelligent mode, according to

the detected temperature and set temperature is to realize the automatic start and stop of

the fan motor, the temperature of the rev. Stop line can be set by the user through

buttons, and root temperature changes automatically change the rotation speed of the

fan motor; Natural wind patterns, namely the fan automatically output to simulate

natural wind, brought great convenience to people. Considering that people use fan in

summer often were beset by mosquitoes, this design added the function of the ultrasonic

drive midge, make people in cool at the same time, no mosquito bother. At the same

time with the Nokia 5110 LCD display shows the current fan operating information.

This design considering from people's life, especially ultrasonic drive midge, will bring

great convenience. It is more convenient to operate after increased the liquid crystal

display.
