Abstract

Era of knowledge economy of the 21st century, knowledge in the socio-economic development and the importance of the contribution degree is increasingly large. Into the 21st century, businesses should be what kind of management to meet the challenges of the new century? With the economic and social development of the diverse, complex and people's consumption structure, changes in consumer attitudes, the modern enterprise management in the social and cultural level, the concept of innovation is increasingly becoming a pressing issue. Humanism that is people-oriented, bring all the elements of the human factor on the first, respect for human needs so as to arouse people's greatest enthusiasm, and create a harmonious business environment.
