摘 要
经过十几年的努力,我国无可争议地成了全球制造业中心。但只是简单制造的话,还是不够的。因为配套的物流网络、仓储管理、客户分析等系统都是必不可少的重要组成部分。
目前,国际物流巨头(包括制造商、物流商、分销商等)在业务信息化方面的建设已经基本完备。但仍存在一些局部的问题,比如“订单的不可视,物流的跟踪不明确,物流过程如何质保”等等。因此,国际上正在进行“基于RFID技术的新一代物流网络”技术的研究与探讨工作,甚至希望在“互联网”之后建立全球范围的“物联网”。我国在这方面也投入了大量的人力、物力,以其与世界保持同步先进水平。
“基于RFID技术的新一代物流网络”是把原料供应商、生产商、分销商、零售商等在一条供应链上的所有节点企业都整合起来,优化人、财、物等诸多因素的配置,使商品以最快的速度,通过生产、分销环节变成增值的产品,送达消费者手中。
今后几年,RFID技术将更加普及。在这个过程中,有关伸缩性、可用性、安全性、互操作性、集成、管理和消息传递等方面的技术问题会显露出来。本文将着重探讨如何在RFID应用规划阶段充分的考虑这些问题的存在,通过构建一个企业级的应用架构,有效解决这些问题,从而满足RFID应用系统的近、远期的多样化技术要求。
本论文提出了物联网模型下的“基于RFID技术的新一代物流网络系统”一种实现模型。该模型由多种硬件与软件应用模块组成。电子产品码(EPC Number : Electrical Product Code)、信息识别系统(RFID:Radio Frequency Identification )、EPC中间件实现信息的过滤和采集(Edge Server)、EPC基础系统(EPC Backbone)、信息发现服务(ONS:Object Name Service及其配套服务)、EPC信息服务(EPCIS:EPC Information Service)、相关的业务系统(RFID Business Application)等内容。
本论文着重阐述了“基于RFID技术的新一代物流网络系统”的关键技术研究和实现。以一个试点项目的实践过程(从需求流程的梳理到物理架构的搭建,从应用设计的考虑到应用本身的编码,从投产试运行到业务价值的体现)为主线,详细叙述了各个部分的技术细节。从实践角度解决了模型与实践中的差距,为我国RFID技术的推广做了技术储备。

Abstract
After decades of development, China has doubtlessly established itself as the center of manufacture in the world. But as the supporting logistics networks, warehouse management system, customer analysis system become the indispensable components, china should has more than just manufacture.
Currently, the international logistics giants including manufactories, shippers, distributors, and etc, have almost finished their IT construction. However, there are still some problems, for example, invisibility of the sales order, uncertainty in product track and trace, quality assurance in shipping, and etc. Thus the international society is carrying out the discussion and research on "the new generation logistics networks based on RFID technology", and even hopes to build a world wide "internet for things" after the INTERNET.
"The new generation logistics networks based on RFID technology" integrates all nodes along the supply chain such as the suppliers, manufactories, distributors and retailers. It also optimizes the configuration of all the resources, and minimizes the time from raw materials through production, distribution to value-added consumables.
RFID technology will be more popular in the future. And meanwhile more problems about scalability, usability, security, inter-operation, integration, management, messaging will come out. This thesis discusses how to fully understand those problems in the planning phase, effectively solve those problems
This thesis proposes an implementation model of "the new generation logistics networks based on RFID technology" referring to the "internet for things" model. This model comprises multiple hardware, software and application components, such as EPC(Electrical Product Code) Number, RFID(Radio Frequency Identification), EPC Edge Server, EPC Backbone, ONS(Object Name Service), EPCIS(EPC Information Service), RFID Business Application and etc.
This thesis focuses on the design and implementation of "the new generation logistics networks based on RFID technology". It describes the technical details in every phase during the implementation of a pilot project including requirement workflow analysis, physical infrastructure construction, architecture decision, coding, pilot-run, and business value realization. It practically makes up the gap between the theory model and the real life, and technically makes preparation for the rollout of RFID in China.
