物流发展规划研究。

摘要：临沂市以商贸物流闻名于世，根据省政府下发《山东省现代物流业振兴发展规划(2009—2011年)》（以下简称《规划》）。临沂市被确定为省级物流节点城市，将利用商贸市场集聚的优势，以建设大物流促进商贸流通发展为目标，建立连接江苏、辐射长江三角洲，连通日照、连云港的商贸物流基地，服务于省内外商贸流通和经济建设。就是在此背景下，为了对临沂市的现代物流业进行重新的规划和定位，提出了临沂市现代物流发展规划研究这一重要课题。

本文从临沂市商贸物流业发展现状入手，分析了发展的现状和存在的问题，着重分析了临沂市物流产业的发展和经济发展的关系，以此确定了临沂市大力发展商贸物流经济的目标。针对此目标以及当前发展存在的问题进行了系统科学的发展规划研究，重点给出了物流园区选址的方法——改进的遗传算法，希望能给政府决策和企业发展建设提供一些参考。最后对临沂市的现代物流发展战略进行了分析和展望，从临沂的实际出发，依托临沂区位交通和物流需求丰富的优势，加快建设三大物流园区。市区西部物流园区，市区东部物流园区，莒南临港物流园区，提出实现临沂市现代物流大发展的策略建议，以期对临沂市的现代物流业发展有所裨益。
