  Abstract: Thisdiodemodel,developsacomputationalprograminwhichtheRung2Kuttamethodwiththeiterativemethodareused,andobtainsthegraphicsoftheconversionefficiency.Withthesameload,astheinputpowerincreasesfromzero,theconversionefficiencyincreasesfastatthelowerinputpowerlev2el,andthediodecanworkatahighconversionefficiencyoverabroadpowerrange.Withthesameinputpower,astheresistanceincreasesfromzero,theconversionefficiencyincreasestothemaximumbeforedecreasing,andeachinputpowerlevelcorrespondstooneoptimumresistance.Forthesameinputpowerandload,thediodeconversionefficiencyincreasesbydecreasingtheoperat2ingfrequency.AmicrowavetoDCconversionefficiencyof75.2%wasachievedusingthe2DV10BX2bandSchottkybarrierdiodeat3.2GHzandthatof50.2%wasachievedat10.0GHz.Thetheoreticalanalysisshowsthatthetheoreticalresultsagreewellwiththeexperimentalresults.
