保和丸干预对高脂饮食大鼠血清脂联素、瘦素及相关指标影响

目的:比较不同时长保和丸干预高脂饮食的大鼠,对大鼠的瘦素、脂联素、体重、体长及相关指标的影摘 要:
响。方法:将20只SPF级雄性SD大鼠按随机数字表法分为4组,分别为:高脂组(A组)、高脂组+保和丸12周(B组)、高脂组+保和丸8周(C组)、高脂组+保和丸4周(D组),喂养第12周末,测定大鼠体重、身长、肥胖评定指数(Lee's 指数)、肾周脂肪、附睾脂肪、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和血清瘦素(LEP)和血清脂联素(Adipo)。结果:C组大鼠体重、身长、附睾周围脂肪重量较A组有显著差异(P<0.05),其中肾周脂肪重量较A组有非常显著的差异(P<0.01);D组的身长较A组有显著差异性(P<0.05);B组脂联素水平较A组明显降低,且具有显著差异性(P<0.05);C、D组的脂联素水平高于A组,且D组较A组有显著性差异(P<0.05);B、C、D组的瘦素水平均低于A组,且B组瘦素低于C、D组,C组瘦素水平低于D组,但均无显著差异性;B、C、D组的TG水平均高于A组,C组较A组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),B、D组较A组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);B、C、D组的HDL-C水平均高于A组,LDL-C 水平均低于A组,且C组的 LDL-C水平较A组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:保和丸干预高脂饮食大鼠可明显的提高大鼠血清Adipo水平,降低瘦素水平,且干预效果与干预时间具有相关性,干预时间越长,体内瘦素水平越低。保和丸干预可以明显的提高优质脂蛋白HDL-C水平,且又明显的降低LDL-C水平,且以干预8周的效果最佳。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the influence on serum levels of leptin,adiponectin,weight,body length and related index in rats with high fat diet treated by Baohe Pill. Methods:20 SPF male rats were divided into four groups by use of random number table,which include high fat diet group(group A),high fat diet with Baohe Pill for 12 weeks group(group B),high fat diet with Baohe Pill for 8 weeks group(group C)and high fat diet with Baohe Pill for 4 weeks group(group D). After feeding for 12 weeks,weight,body length,adiposity index(lee's index),perirenal fat and epididymal fat,triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and serum leptin(LEP)and adiponectin(Adipo)of each rat were detected. Results:Weight,length,epididymal fat of group C is lower than group A(P<0.05),which perirenal fat weight has higher significance(P<0.01). Body length of group D is lower than group A(P<0.05). the level of adiponectin of group B is lower than group A(P<0.05),and the level of adiponectin of group C and group D is higher than group A while group D has significant variation(P<0.05). Leptin of Group B,C and D were lower than those in group A,and group B is lower than group C and D. The level of lean levels of group C is lower than group D,but there has no significant difference. The level of TG of Group B,C and D were higher than group A and C,and have has significant variation(P<0.05). HDL-C levels of groupB,C,D were higher than group A,and LDL-C levels were lower than group A,while group C has significant variation(P<0.05). Conclusion:Baohe Pill treatment of rats with high fat diet can improve the serum level of adiponectin and reduce leptin evidently. The effect has strong association with intervention time. The serum level of leptin is much lower when intervention time gets longer. Baohe Pill can increase the level of HDL-C while decrease the level of LDL-C apparently and the best intervention time is 8 weeks.
