InformationalEngineerasmymajorincollege,whichisthebestrepresentative

forthenation’scontemporarystrengthofscientifictechnology.However,Ilater

foundoutthat,insteadofthebackwardresearchofscientifictechnology,the

mostimportantreasonforthecomparativelyslowdevelopmentofourdomestic

productionforcesatcurrentphaseliesintheslowtransferfromscientific

technologytoactualproductionforces.Andthestudyofsuchtransferfallsinto

thedisciplinenamedIndustrialEngineeringinthewesternworld,withalong

historyofalmostahundredyears;whilethesubjectinChinawasofferedaslate

asinthe1990s,andhasbeendevelopingatarelativelylowspeed,whichresults

inadilemmaofgreatcostandlowproductivityofthemostcorporations.

Therefore,Ibelievethattherearemoredemandsoftalentsinthisfield,and

thatIwillbeabletoachieveabetterrealizationofmysocialvaluesifinthis

field.

WhatIndustrialEngineeringculturesaretalentswithintegratedknowledge

ofscientifictechnology,managementandeconomics.SoIhaveintendedfor

myselfthestudyofsuchknowledgeduringmycollegeyears.

Throughthefour-yearstudy,Ihavelaidasolidfoundationofengineering

courses.Andthemostimportantofall,Ihavegreatlyimprovedmyabilityof

analyzingandsolvingproblemsbymeansofexperimentsinallsortsofcourses.

Whatimpressesmemostistheelectiveexperimentcourseofelectro-circuit

designing.Thelectureroncegaveusanassignmenttodisplay16different

patternsonLCDmonitorbySCMMCS-51.Itookthechallengeasanopportunity,

andcompletedthetaskafterseriousanalysis,followingstrictlytheprocedures

ofelectro-circuitoptimization，programmingelectro-circuitandpatterndesign.

Asaresult,Iwonmuchappreciationfromthelecturer,andwasamongthefew

whomanagedtogetagradeA.

Asacadreintheclassandthedepartment,Ihaveorganizedallkindsof

activities,forwhichIendeavoredtomakecomprehensiveplannings.Inthe

celebrationofthbirthdayofouruniversity,IledmyteamtotheFirst-year

KnowledgeCompetitionoftheHistoryofXXUniversity.Inordertopersuade

everyoneintoparticipation,andwinthefirstplacewiththeleasttimeafter

class,Imadethebestoftheteam’shumanresourcesandassigneddifferent
