1．Yes,I can’t agree more.I think cosmetic surgery gives the patients with physical defects of the opportunity to rebirth. These patients may have physical defects that have resulted from an accident or a bad case of acne

['ækn ] as a teenager. Some people are born with physical defects that have plagued [ple ɡ]them since birth and cosmetic surgery can finally give them a shot at a normal life.

2．But you can’t deny that cosmetic surgery can be exactly what you need to enhance [ n'hɑ:ns] your self image. Having a positive self image can give you the self confidence that you need to get a better job,find a spouse.,try new things and it will give you a general overall feeling of well being.Everyone has his heart in beautiful things,and cosmetic surgery gives people a chance to change their body image,so I support the cosmetic surgery.

3．And existence is the truth.Cosmetic surgery is very hot in china,it has its social reasons.“The dramatic economic, cultural and political changes in China have produced immense anxiety experienced by people especially women, which stimulates the belief that beauty is capital.The idea that beauty

is capital “epitomizes([ p t mi:]) the idea that good looks are the key to increased opportunities for social and career success,”and “Cosmetic surgery has become a form of consumer choice;You know 76 percent of women in China aspire to top jobs, and women are discriminated against in employment,so it’s not all about vanity ['væn t ]. Those who go under the knife usually believe surgery would improve all aspects of their lives.

4．Chinese’s science is not quite advance yet,so cosmetic surgery isn’t always safe inevitably [ n ev t bli].But we cannot ignore the benefits just because it brings some unsafe factors,because you know that every surgery has danger and many people are killed in medical treatment every day,we can’t say medical treatment is bad.
