8.1误差分析
8.2注意事项:
8.2.1 热过滤时,应该避免明火,以防着火。
8.2.2 产品乙酰水杨酸易受热分解,因此熔点不明显,它的分解温度为128~135℃。因此重结晶
时不宜长时间加热,控制水温,产品采取自然晾干。用毛细管测熔点时宜先将溶液加热至120℃左右,再放入样品管测定。
8.2.3 仪器要全部干燥,药品也要实现经干燥处理,醋酐要使用新蒸馏的,收集139~140℃
的馏分。
8.2.4 本实验中要注意控制好温度(水温70℃)
8.2.5 产品用乙醇-水或苯-石油醚(60~90℃)重结晶。

The summary Acetyl salicylic acid commonly known as aspirin, for an important medicine. Have fever, analgesia, anti-rheumatism and so on. It is by salicylic acid (o-hydroxy benzoic acid) and acetic anhydride synthesized.
[2]Salicylic acid is a kind of bifunctional compounds, one phenolic hydroxyl, one carboxyl group. The esterification can be carried out two different reactions, but also can form intramolecular hydrogen bonds, hindered acylation and esterification reactions take place. When the reaction with acetic anhydride, can be acetylsalicylic acid, or aspirin.
