英文电影在大学英语教学中的作用和优化设计

教师有选择地在大学英语教学中穿插电影教学,不仅可缓解学生们的学习压力,开拓学生视野,激发学习兴趣,而且能够最终达到提高学生跨文化交际能力的目的,利于学生在语言环境中活学活用,增加其了解西方文化的机会,是一种行之有效的教学和学习方法。

Abstract:Coercionisthekeytodefiningcoercedcriminals,aspecialtypeofjointcriminalsinChinesecriminallaw.Actundercoerciveisakindofcriminalresponsibilitydefenceincriminallawofmanycountries.Itisacontroversialissuetojudgetheestablishmentofcoercioninthepenalcodetheoriesthatmainlyexistsubjectiveandobjectivecriteria.Toprovethecoercionincoercedcriminals,subjectivestandardandobjectivestandardshouldbetakenintoaccounttoprovecoercionactandmentalcompulsioninourcountry.
