【摘要】Objective To investigate the ef ect of psychological nursing intervention in operating room on patients with transforaminal endoscopic surgery.Methods Implementing targeted psychological support to patients with transforaminal endoscopic surgery under local anesthesia.Results Patients with a bet er mental state initiative with doctors to complete surgery,and achieve the desired ef ect. Conclusion mplementing appropriate,targeted psychological care to patients plays a key role in their active cooperation and recovery after surgery.%目的探讨手术室心理护理干预对椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘摘除手术患者的影响。方法对局麻椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘摘除手术患者实施有针对性的心理支持。结果患者以较好的心理状态主动配合医生完成手术，达到术前预期的效果。结论对椎间孔镜下腰椎间盘摘除手术患者进行恰当的、有针对性的心理护理对患者手术中的积极配合和术后的恢复起着关键作用。
