自2005年7月1日人民币汇率对外改革以来，人民币一直保持升值趋势，直到2011年9月21日，银行间外汇市场人民币汇率中间价为1美元对人民币6.3722元，创下了汇改以来的新高，升值幅度已经超过3.7%，如此大的升值幅度和如此强劲的未来升值趋势，对我省农产品的进出口贸易的影响是不容小觑的。本文通过对比人民升值前后我省农产品进出口贸易的各方面变化，结合农产品进出口贸易的特点，总结出其对我省农产品进口的影响是利大于弊，而出口更表现为出口额的下降和竞争力的降低，所以选择合适的结算币种和结算方式，制定合理的政策对当下我省农场品进出口贸易的调整具有不容忽视的意义和作用。

By comparing people's appreciation in our province before and after import and export trade of agricultural products of all aspects of change, combining the characteristics of the import and export trade of agricultural products, summarized the influence of Shandong Province agricultural imports is more good than harm, and export performance of the value of exports more to decline and competitiveness of the lower, so choose appropriate settlement currency and settlement way and formulate the policy in our province on the farm product import and export trade adjustment cannot ignore meaning and function.
