悬臂施工

1、桥梁概要1.1桥梁概况本桥为60+100+60三跨预应力混凝土连续梁铁路桥。主梁为单箱单室结构,梁宽12.2m,桥梁采用挂篮悬臂灌注法施工。通过本例题重点介绍midas Civil软件的施工阶段仿真模拟、施工预拱度的确定等。

1.2荷载(一)恒载1、结构自重:钢筋混凝土结构按,其余按《铁路桥涵设计基本规范》(TB 10002.1-2005)采用。

2、二期恒载:包括钢轨、扣件、枕木、道碴等线路设备重,以及防水层、人行道栏杆、人行道遮板、挡碴墙、电缆槽盖板及竖墙等附属设施重量。桥面二期恒载。 3、预应力及其次内力。

4、混凝土收缩和徐变的影响:环境条件按野外一般条件计算,相对湿度取70%。 5、钢束预应力损失。(二)活载 1、列车竖向静活载:ZK活载,双线按100%计。

(三)施工荷载挂篮重量(含模板)按

最大悬臂梁段重量确定,采用56t/套。
