Applications

机床为连续轨迹数控坐标磨床。具有六轴控制（X、Y、Z、

U、

A、

C）

，三轴联动（X、Y、C、A中任意三联

动）的功能。利用直线和圆弧逼近的方法，可对淬火后

的具有任意曲线的平面图形的样板、模具型腔和冲头等

零件进行加工。The machine is a continuous path CNC grinder.Three axis ( among X, Y, C, A) of the total six (X, Y, Z,U, A, C) could be simultaneously controlled. Hardenedworkpiece with complicated shape (such as drawingtemplet, die space, ram head and etc) could be

machined by linear or circular approaching method.

主要特点Main features

当采用下列附件时可以扩大加工范围：

使用45°角度板可以磨削内外球面（不超过半个球

面）。

使用磨槽附件可以磨削键槽及尺寸大于40×40(长×宽)

mm的方孔。

使用可调角度板可以利用圆柱砂轮磨削锥孔。

使用圆弧砂轮修整器可以修整磨槽附件的砂轮，供成

形磨削及外轮廓的磨削。

使用数控转台，在卧式安装时，可用来加工鼓形凸轮，

在立式安装时可用来加工阿基米德螺旋线凸轮及等分

图形等。

使用自旋工作台(特殊订货附件)，可用来加工母线为非

直线的回转体零件。

机床备有低速大功率磨头，可进行强力磨削，当在该

磨头上装上硬质合金铣刀(最大铣刀直径为ø10)可进行

轻微的铣削工作.最大切削深度为0.3mm

机床结构

S t r uc t u r e

MK4280总体布局为双柱定梁龙门式机床。床身为刚性极好的箱式结构。主柱在横梁上左右移动，主轴箱沿立柱导轨可以作上下移动。床身和横梁的刚性极好，保证了X、Y、Z轴的高定位精度。机床的Z轴与U轴联动进行锥度磨削，操作更方便。Z轴采用电器伺服控制，因此具有反向精度高的特点。 Double column, fixed beam gantry structure. Box type machine bed with excellent rigidity. Column moves along fixed beam and headstock move up/down along column guide-way. Good rigidity of machine bed and beam ensure high positioning accuracy of X, Y-axis. Z and U axis could be simultaneously controlled to perform taper grinding. Z-axis is servo controlled and features high reverse accuracy.

环保 Environment protecting整机及附件设计时考虑以湿磨为主，这样可以减少粉尘污染，同时也有利于磨削陶瓷零件。机床定位精度检测采用JB/T6602-93标准 (等同于VDI3441) These machines together with their attach-ments are designed for wet grinding operation mainly to eliminate dust-pollution,and is also helpful for ceramic material grinding.

结构特点

Features

机床床身、立柱、滑动工作台均采用高质量的密烘铸铁，

立柱采用整体箱式结构，具有最佳热对称性和结构稳定性。
