腈纶废丝主要成分是分子量在6万左右的聚丙

烯腈,碱化水解后的聚丙烯腈分子虽然有很强的电负性,但分子量较小,只能在粘土晶体的侧面发生吸附,很难接近电负性很强的晶体平面,不可能全方位地堵塞泥饼中的毛细孔道[2]。水解聚丙烯腈分子的水化基团为羧基,形成的水化膜牢固性不如磺酸基周围的水化膜。KWY分子含有水化能力较强的磺酸基,分子量也高得多,因此包被性及堵塞毛细管

的效能提高,降滤失性能大大改善。进入KWY分子的聚醚多元醇本身具有抑制岩屑膨胀分散的能力,也使KWY具有了抑制岩屑分散的能力。
