槲皮素干预实验性慢性肾功能衰竭
大鼠肾脏组织病理改变

摘 要:目的:。方法:给实,2;干预组口服槲皮素(100mg/Kg d×42d)治疗;;烘干法测定肾脏组织含水量;常规方法对肾脏行病理学检查;测定羟脯氨酸以观察肾组织纤维化程度;免疫组织化学染色法观察肾组织NF-κB变化。结果:与肾衰对照组比较,干预组大鼠肾脏指数和肾组织含水量均显著降低(5108%±0189%和78124%±1125%vs12163%±2194%和79129%±0190%),肾脏病理学损伤改变明显较轻,肾组织纤维化显著减轻(平均每肾羟脯氨酸含量73515μg±37717μgvs154013μg±35819μg),肾组织细胞NF-κBP65丢失情况明显减轻。结论:槲皮素对大鼠实验性慢性肾功能衰竭具有显著防治作用,治疗后肾脏病理改变显著减轻。
