2、发酵备压、吹管路、酵母压榨：需无渣、无油、无水、无味，用气量大；

3、气动阀门和设备：需无渣、无油、无水，用气量大；

4、吹湿麦糟：需无渣、无油，用气量大。

麦汁冲氧是在酿造酵母扩配中考虑的，不在空压招标中

关于酵母压榨、打糟和酵母罐的使用这块具体的要求请提供，例如含油量的具体数据等等 整体空压已经有除油处理，降低到 0.1-0.01ppm

You are right in the Breshoue we should have only on independent 1m/min of oil free compressor

The rest of the air should use the power house compressor air supply.

If I am not wrong the typical “almost oil free” compressor should require 0.3 ppm and below (please verify with Forshan & Schchuan brewery ) IR compressors

The only major different between south and north that freezing point (due point) should be –40C not like southern, the cooling system is not the same.

The other issues require to be address is filter – please follow up those filer selection (we typical use Poll), but please take a look on the size uM (micron) is require from Forshan ..

请在酒机招标文件中再增加过滤微粒直径小于0.01μm的过滤器
