从已有研究情况来看,绝大多数学者仅度量林业对区域GDP 的贡献,有部分研究涉及到林业对社会就业和居民收入等方面的贡献,但也主要是度量直接贡献,另有少数研究度量了直接和完全两个层次的贡献,但是还没有学者着手林业对社会就业这一专题的研究。本文将重点着手研究林业产业对社会就业的效应分析。

浙江省林业产业对区域社会就业的效应分析

摘要：依据《2007 年浙江省投入产出表144部门》数据编制出《2007 年浙江省林业投入产

出表4部门》，结合《2008年浙江省统计年鉴》，运用投入产出分析方法，测算了2007 年林业产业对浙江省GDP和社会就业方面的直接贡献和完全贡献。得出以下结果：1）2007 年浙江省林业产业对全省GDP和社会就业的直接贡献度分别为4.91%和4.07%，完全贡献度分别为15.01%和

21.41% 。2）相较于直接贡献度，完全贡献度更能体现林业产业在浙江省经济发展和社会发展中举足轻重的作用，林业产业对区域社会发展的贡献大于对区域经济发展的贡献。3）林业产业劳动力在林业三产当中的分布比列依次为59.33%、35.35%和5.32%。

The effect analysis of Zhejiang forestry industry to regional

employment

Abstract: On the basis of the 2007 input-output table 144 departments of zhejiang province,the

author compiled the 2007 forestry input-output table 4 departments,combining with the Statistical yearbook zhejiang province 2007 and using input-output analysis method,he calculated the direct contribution and completely contribution of the forestry industry of zhejiang province in 2007 towards GDP and employment aspects of.Got the following results:1) the direct contribution of zhejiang province forestry industry in 2007 contributed to the GDP and society employment is 4.91% and 4.07%,respectively,the completely contribution to the GDP and society employment is 15.01% and 21.41%, respectively.2)Compared with the direct contribution,completely contribution can reflect the role the forestry industry of zhejiang played in social and economical development of zhejiang is important better.The contribution forestry industry to regional social development is more bigger than the contribution to regional economic development.3) The forestry industry labor listed in the three forestry industry is 59.33%,35.35% and 5.32%,respectively.
