光电式数字测速仪

摘 要

提出了一个用8031 单片机和光电编码器组成的转速与转角测试方案, 介绍其实现的基本原理和结构特点, 给出了接口电路和软件设计方法。由于采用了单片机和光电传感器, 该系统具有硬件电路简单、测量精度高、性能稳定可靠等优点, 其适用于自动控制、自动检测及各种转速与方位角的测量与控制等领域。

本文给出的智能转速与转角测试系统, 采用了9 位绝对式循环码光电编码器做传感器, 具有无接触、高转速、高分辨率、高可靠性等优点。

Puts forward a using 8031 single chip microcomputer and composed of photoelectric encoder and corner speed, introduced the realization test

The basic principle and the structure characteristics, the interface circuit and the software design method. As a result of the single-chip microcomputer and photoelectric sensor, this system has the hardware circuit is simple, high accuracy, stable and reliable performance, and its advantages such as applicable for automatic control, automatic detection and various kinds of speed and azimuth of the measurement and control, etc

In this paper the speed and the intelligence test system, adopting the Angle of nine cyclic code absolute photoelectric encoder and has no contact do sensor, high speed, high resolution and high reliability etc.
