Abstract:TheexperimentwasaimedattheeffectofDioxinonAhRandtheprotectiveeffectoffreeradicalscavenger  

(FRS)intheliver.Seventy2tworatswererandomlydividedintothreegroups:thecontrolgroup(groupⅠ),Dioxintreatment)andGC+Dioxintreatmentgroup(groupⅢ).GCwasusedtostudytheantagonisticeffectsofDioxin.Aftergroup(groupⅡ

four,eight,paredwithcontrolgroup,theDioxingrouptheSODsignificantlydecrease(P<0.01),andtheMDAlevelssignificantlyincreased(P<0.01).Theresultoftheimmunohisto2chemicalexaminationwithAhRexhibitedthattheAhRdecreasemarkedly(P<0.05)at42dayageandincreaseobviouslyat8dayage(P>0.05)andatthe12,162dayage(P<0.01).Ontheotherhand,comparedwithDioxinsgroupsGCgroupscanin2hibitthedecreasingandincreasing(P<0.05).TheseresultsindicatedthatDioxincoulddown2regulatetheAhRatfirstandthanup2regulateitintheotherdays.Inthenuclear,theDioxinsgroupincreaseobviously(P<0.01)atthe4,8,12,162dayagecomparedwithcontrolgroup.ThencomparedwithDioxingroupsGCgroupscaninhibittheincreasing(P<0.05).There2sultsshowedthatratDioxinpoisoningcanimpactthequantityofAhR,andenducevariouskindspoisoningeffects.GChassig2nificantprotectiveeffectoninjuriesofDioxinintheliver.

饲喂高蛋白质酒糟对荷斯坦奶牛产奶量的影响

摘要:本试验旨在评价饲喂高蛋白质干酒糟(HPDDG)  

对奶牛瘤胃降解率、干物质采食量、产奶量和乳成分的影响。选择16头泌乳荷斯坦奶牛(12头经产牛和4头初产牛),平均泌乳日龄80±14d,随机分配2种处理日粮,采用2×2交叉试验设计。用HPDDG(20%干物质)替换对照组日粮中的全部大豆蛋白和部分粗饲料。每期试验21d,在第19~

21天每天记录产奶量和干物质采食量;每期的第20~21天

kg/d±0.05kg/d);HPDDG的替换对乳脂率(平均3.95%

±0.20%)无显著影响,但乳脂肪产量增加(1.35和1.21±0.09kg/d)。交叉试验处理对奶牛干物质采食量(平均为

21.9kg±0.80kg)没有影响。HPDDG的替换,使奶牛产奶

量增加和饲喂消耗得到了改善。HPDDG替换组奶牛乳尿氮水平(14.5和12.8±0.67mg/dL)高于对照组。因此,本试验建议HPDDG可以有效地替换泌乳奶牛日粮中以大豆为基础的蛋白。
