Pride and prejudice is a romantic book. It portrays four couples of lover’s story, especially the relationship between Elizabeth and Darcy. Just like the title of this novel, the blocks between them are not other things, they are Darcy’s pride and Elizabeth’s prejudice. Darcy is born in an upper class family and the feeling of superior is also born to have. But as the inferior class, the prejudice to the rich people is a kind of army to protect their dignity. So the story about them is the process of cleaning up the pride and prejudice. Elizabeth is a pretty, wise and thoughtful young lady, those good quality not only help her get Darcy’s heart, but also get the appreciation of the readers.
