基于SOA的企业虚拟组织的物流系统集成模型

Virtual Logistics Enterprise System Integration Model Based on SOA I.INTRODUCTION

Modern logistics industry itself across wide time and space, and involve many types of enterprises, such as warehousing, transportation, distribution, and packaging and so on. It is flexible, dynamic and changeable. Especially in the background of economic globalization, networking and information, moreover the advanced theory and technology is applied in logistics industry that are network communications, data warehouse, data mining, GIS, GPS and so on. That makes the whole logistics industry operating environment, operational technology and an industry rule is facing enormous changes. Therefore, it is in line with the development trend of the logistics industry that organizing agile and loose virtual logistics enterprise(VLE)does not involve the merger of the assets and bases on the Internet technology and logistics business.

VLE derived from the concept of virtual enterprise(VE). VE is that in some independent business process basis, Corporate Partners are temporarily reorganized through information technology and in accordance with their respective characteristics. That makes these partnerships to contribute their own core competencies in areas such as design, manufacture and distribution areas of the Union, to achieve skills sharing and cost-sharing, so the time to seize the rapidly changing market opportunities. VLE is a flexible dynamic organization.

II.THE MAIN PROBLEMS AND ISSUES ANALYSIS

In the VLE’s chain, there are many types(high-dimensional)large number and information format of heterogeneous enterprise information in the global. So it is crucial for organizing VLE how to choose, coordinate and manage the partnership enterprise information system that are different types and even heterogeneous technologies with the same types. The researches mainly have the following issues.

1) Today's enterprise IT architecture is often viewed as a collection of applications. For

example, design, development, enhancements, and maintenance of software systems revolve around applications. This approach leads to creation of segregated silos within the enterprise architecture, resulting in expensive and inflexible IT systems. Each application is built for a single purpose(such as transportation, warehousing, and so on),with its own data stores and for a single set of users. As a result, it implements only a subset of the enterprise functions, using and producing only a subset of the enterprise data, and typically without concerns about other processing within the enterprise. These silos manifest themselves as islands of

data and islands of automation.

2) SOA feasibility and superiority applied in VE and VLE has already begun to attract the

attention of scholars, but the study is still in its early stages. The SOA application study on VE currently has only stayed in the process. In fact for the business process, the ideal VE state change with a need, and change with the business, and change with time. VLE's operations and business processes is more non-reproducibility. SOA itself cart for the commercial business processes. Therefore, the problem we face is establishing a SOA-based system model which process can recycle in.

III.VLE MODEL BASED ON SOA

SOA organizes the various IT resources of independent enterprises according with service rather than the application. That is best to close the gap between the business development needs of enterprises and enterprise IT support. "Reuse" and "interoperability" is the core of SOA. Enterprise IT resources are integrated into operational and standard-based services that could be regrouping and applications. The charter of SOA is to eliminate applications as they exist today (reference to some of the above).

SOA is essentially a group loosely coupled services. It is relatively cheap that each service is replaced and built. Compared with the traditional structure tight coupling, the loosely coupled framework is better adapted to business changes. These precisely meet the request of the formation of VLE loosely coupled. Therefore, in the SOA, when we can use a service substitution other services, the only thing to be considered is the service interfaces which accord to the Web services and XML standards rather than their bottom of the technology. Moreover we can fully utilize existing IT assets, including legacy applications and databases. The new SOA-based system will make legacy applications and data as a whole enterprise solutions part and not to replace them. This more meets the highly dynamic, flexible features when set up VLE, which is that logistics tasks are completed, the old VLE dissolved, the new alliance with the new logistics tasks have begun, and what followed was new information technology structure and the unified and coordinated management. This structure enables VLE IT architecture to more quickly and more effectively to meet the changing needs of the business, So as to enhance the entire logistics industry operation efficiency.

In summary, this paper proposes the model of SOA-based VLE to solve the dynamic, flexible and intelligent questions when logistics enterprises set up VLE and manage VLE in the network environment .

The SOA-based VLE model defines a set of business-aligned IT services(available to participants throughout the enterprise across multiple lines of business or even outside of the enterprise)that collectively fulfill an organization's business processes and goals. These services can be choreographed into enterprise business solutions and invoked through standard protocols.

IV.MODEL OPERATION MECHANISM
