配料控制器的称重信号处理

摘要 从应用角度出发,根据已设计配料控制器的信号调理电路,推导出称重信号传递函数。在此基础上,采用凯泽窗设计fir滤波器,借助matlab辅助设计,确定fir滤波器的参数。根据配料生产的信号处理要求,给出了实现fir滤波器的c51程序,确定完成数字滤波程序所需的时间,并用simulink软件包进行仿真,效果良好。实际应用表明,采用硬件信号调理电路和软件fir滤波算法相结合,大大提高了称重信号的测量精度。
