The effluent to be treated comes from various plants of the Steelworks, and contains some domestic sewage. Each plant is operating with different characteristics and timing. The expected effluents will therefore undergo variations in quantity and quality that shall be minimized to optimize the efficiency of the wastewater treatment plant described hereafter.

将要处理的污水来自钢铁厂,其中还包含部分的生活污水。各个工厂的操作具有不同的特点和时间。因此,预计的污水在水量和水质上会有变化,应最大限度地减少这一变化,以优化污水处理厂的效率。

The effluent will arrive into a homogenization and buffer tank after flowing through the coarse and fine screen, and then be pumped to the coagulation and repartition structure.

污水通过粗格栅和细格栅后将进入均化缓冲池,然后由泵提升到混凝配水构筑物。

The buffer tank is designed to have a retention time as long as possible, and it has been finally decided to take 2.5 hours on peak flow of the inlet water

through discussions, and that the tank has to be covered. Raw water lifting shall be provided with flow control to ensure smooth and continuous variations of the flow entering Densadeg, avoiding sudden increase due to start of the pump at full capacity.

缓冲池应具有尽可能长的停留时间,最终经过讨论采用进水峰值流量的2.5小时, 并且要加盖。原水提升备有流量控制,以保证进入高密池的水量是尽量平稳而连续变化的,避免在满负荷时水泵的开启造成水量的突然增加。

The Plant shall be built in one time. The design and implementation of the project shall abide by the following principles :

2.1Screen Chamber, Buffer Tank And

Lifting Pump格栅间、调节水池及提升泵站格栅间 Two electrically-operated inlet penstocks and one electric emergency discharge valve are to be installed in the inlet channel of the screen chamber.

格栅间的进水渠内设置2个进水电动闸板阀,和一个事故电动排放阀。

At the entry of inlet channel of the screen chamber will be equipped with online pH meter, to monitor the pH value of the water. In case of the pH value lower than the set value,the inlet penstock will close and the emergency discharge valve will open. When the pH value is within the normal range, the system then resumes operation to accept inlet water.

在格栅间的进水渠口处设置在线pH仪表,监控水中的pH 值。当pH值低于设定值时,进水闸板将关闭,事故阀门打开。当pH正常时,系统自动恢复进水。

The inlet channel has an overflow weir which can enable to discharge the overflowed water into the nearby rivers in the rainy season. Meanwhile, it’s necessary to open the emergency valve in the event of large amount of sand caused by the rainstorm.

进水渠内设置溢流堰,雨季时过量的水可溢流排放至附近的河流中。同时暴雨时因泥沙量瞬时间很大,需打开事故阀排放。

The bottom of the inlet pipes (or channel) in the screen chamber has the level of -3.0m under the ground.

格栅间的进水管道(或渠)底的标高为地面下-3.0m。

There are designed two inlet channels each having capacity of 2500 m3/h. When one channel is under maintenance, the other can carry capacity of 5000 m3/h.

进水的格栅渠道设置两条,每条渠道的过水能力为2500m3/h。在一条检修时,另一条可通过5000 m3/h的流量。

Each channel will be equipped with two-stage automatic screens. The bar

spacing of the coarse screen is designed as 25mm and that of the fine screen is 10mm. They will be used to remove the particules to ensure the normal operation of the system.

在每条渠道上设置两级机械自动格栅,粗格栅栅隙25mm,细格栅栅隙10mm,去除颗粒杂物保证后续系统的正常运行。

Each screen has one container to collect the screenings, these containers can be easily transported to the nearby road.

每个格栅处设置栅渣收集箱来收集栅渣,收集箱可方便地移动到附近的路边。

2.2Aeration Tank / 曝气池

One set of aeration tank is to be installed to remove the floating oil and scum. 设置一座曝气除油池,去除浮油和浮渣。

The Aeration Tank is provided with an air pipe network equipped with Degremont’s VIBRAIR type air diffusers for aeration of the water. The air

diffuser network is supplied with the required amount of air by two air blowers, 1 in operation and 1 as standby.

曝气池有一个空气管网,配有得利满公司的VIBRAIR型曝气头,用于水曝气。由鼓风机向曝气头管网供给所需的风量。鼓风机设置2台,一备一用。

The Aeration Tank will be installed with electric skimmer at the outlet weir for purpose to collect the floating oil and scum and send them to the oil storage tank. The collected oil and scum will then be pumped to the blast furnace. 曝气池出水堰处设置电动撇油器,收集浮油和浮渣,并自动流入储油池中,用泵输送到高炉冲渣。

2.3Buffer Tank / 调节池

The purpose of the buffer tank is to reduce flow variations and homogenize the quality of the effluent to be treated to minimize variation of the flow and water quality for the downstream treatment.

调节池的作用在于减小流量波动,同时使待处理的污水均质,将下游处理的流量和水质变化减到最低限度。

The variation of flow and pollutants concentration to Densadeg shall not be sudden but continuously distributed. It shall not exceed 10% of the average incoming flow and pollutants concentration over a period less than 2 hours. 进入高密池的水量和污染物浓度的变化不能是突然的但可以是连续变化的。两小时内,水量和污染物浓度的变化不得超过平均进水流量和水质的10%。

It has designed two sets of buffer tank each with a volume of 6250m3.

Meanwhile, each buffer tank will be provided with submersible mixer to prevent settlement of the wastewater and level switch to protect the submersible mixer. 调节池设置两座,每座容积为6250m3,同时调节池内设置足够能量的潜水搅拌机以防止污水沉淀。每座池内设置液位开关用于保护潜水搅拌机。

2.4Lifting Pump Station / 提升泵站

Submersible pumps will be installed in the intake well downstream the buffer tank to lift the waste water to the coagulation and distribution structure. It has forseen 5 sets of submersible pumps, 3 on duty and 2 as standby.

在调节池的后部的取水井内安装潜水泵,用于提升污水至混凝配水。潜水泵设置5台,其中3台工作,2台备用。

The delivery main pipe of the pump will be equippped with recirculaton pipe which will be provided with electric adjustment valve to adjustment the water flow when the water pump starts, so as to minimize variatioin of the flow entering Densadeg.

2.5Coagulation And Repartition Structure / 混凝和配水构筑物

The coagulation and distribution unit is of a rectangular shape and provided with a flash mixer for rapidly mixing the incoming water with lime and coagulant. Lime milk and coagulant are added to coagulate suspended solids and oil as well as react with temporary hardness. After coagulation, the effluent is distributed by means of manually adjustable overflow weirs prior to flow by gravity into the corresponding Densadeg® clarifiers.

混凝配水构筑物为矩形,配有快速搅拌器,用于进水与石灰和混凝剂的快速混合。投加石灰乳和混凝剂以混凝悬浮固体和油,同时和暂时硬度发生反应。在混凝后,污水由手动调节的溢流堰进行分配,以重力流方式进入相应的高密度沉淀池。

2.6DENSADEG® Settling Tanks / 高密度沉淀池

For each Densadeg® the coagulated effluent enters a flocculation reactor where polymer and the recirculated sludge are added to enhance flocculation of the water.

经过混凝后的水进入每个Densadeg® 的絮凝反应池,聚合物和回流污泥的注入增强水的絮凝。

The Densadeg® clarifier will be equipped with ultrasonic sludge level meter to control the amount of the sludge inside the tank by means of sludge discharge pump.

In the common outlet channel of the Densadeg Clarifier, one Suspend Solids analyser will be installed.

The outgoing water from Densadeg will flow into post coagulation reactor prior to the filter. To dose sulfuric acid is to adjust the value of pH and to dose coagulant is to enchance filtration of the filters.

来自Denasdeg 的出水在进入滤池之前,先流经后混凝反应池。在池内投加硫酸以调节 pH值和投加混凝剂以增强滤池的过滤效果。

pH meter will be installed at the inlet and outlet of the post coagulatioin structure respectively.

2.8Aquazur V® Filtration Battery / Aquzur V® 型滤池组

After post coagulation, the clarified effluent is splitted over Aquazur V sand filters in the corresponding quantities for removal of the remaining SS to meet the guarantee figures.

在后混凝后,澄清后的污水被分配到相应数量的V型滤池中以去除残留的SS,满足保证值。 Each filter battery will be installed with level sensor so as to control the water level of the filter by means of the adjustment valve at the outlet of the filter. 在每一组滤池内设置液位传感器,通过滤池出水的调节阀控制滤池的液位。

Meanwhile, the block sensor will be provided for each filter battery for purpose to monitor the working status of the filters.

The dirty wash water is collected, then sent back to the buffer tank by gravity 冲洗污水被收集后通过重力回流至缓冲池。

2.9Sludge Treatment Section / 污泥处理段 The excess sludge from thickening section of DENSADEG® are stored and

mixed in sludge storage tank and then sent to frame filter press by feed pump for dewatering.

来自高密度沉淀池DENSADEG®浓缩池段的剩余污泥在污泥储存池内储存并混合,然后由进泥泵输送到板框压滤机进行脱水。

It has forseen two sets of sludge storage tanks with volume of 300m3 for each, enough for one day storage. The vertical mixer and level sensor will be installed within the tank.

污泥储池设置2座,可储存一天的平均污泥量。单池容积为300m3。池内设置立式搅拌机和液位传感器。

According to the inlet water quality, the design sludge is 70 tons of dry sludge. (TDS).

按照进水水质,设计污泥产量为70 吨干污泥(TDS)。

The frame filter press will be provided in two sets being able to deal with the design sludge output (70 tons TDS) when continuously operating every day. In the event of the average sludge output, two sets will run simutaneouly for 17 ~ 19 hours. The sludge dewatering room will reserve place for one additional set of frame dewatering machine.

板框压滤机设置为2台,每天连续工作可处理设计的污泥产量(70吨干污泥)。在平均污泥产量下,两台同时工作需要17-19小时。在污泥脱水车间内预留出另外一台板框脱水机的位置。

The frame dewatering machine is fully automatic with working pressure of 1.2 MPa.

板框脱水机为全自动脱水机,工作压力为1.2MPa。

Filter presses are machines that allow the pressure filtration of suspensions, to separate liquid and solids. They are composed of a series of chamber plates covered by filter clothes pressed by an hydraulic jack between a permanent frame and a mobile supporting beam. The plates determine a tight volume in which the under-pressure sludge is pushed.

压滤机可以对悬浮物加压过滤,将固液分离,压滤机由一系列盖有滤布的板框组成,

由一台液压千斤顶在一个固定框和行走路式支撑梁之间压缩,板决定了容量的有限性,加压后的污泥在板内被顶推。

The tightness of the joint faces is assured by an hydraulic group which maintains the balance between the securing of the plates and the pressure of the feed pump during the filtration. Under this pressure liquids pass toward the clothes which retain the solid particles. The filtrates are drained either by taps on each plate or by pipes in the front of the filter press.

由一个液压组件确保接合面之间的紧密性,由液压组件保持过滤期间板的稳定性和进泥泵的压力之间的平衡,在这个压力下,液体流向滤布,固体颗粒被截留,滤出液可以由每块板上的旋塞或由压滤机前部的管道排出。

Feeding pump must imperatively regulate its flow according to the pressure increase, due to cake formation in chambers.

由于在板框内形成泥饼,进泥泵须根据升压调节其流量。

At the end of the filtration, the cakes formed between clothes, are released by the backward movement of the mobile supporting beam and the successive separation of the plates. Control system shall perform full automation to the material treatment process of filter press.

过滤完成后,活动支撑梁向后移动和板的连续分离将滤布之间形成的泥饼排出。控制系统对压滤机物料处理过程实行全自动控制。

The frame press filter has forseen a sluge storage room at the bottom which shall have enough volume for the total sludge produced in one day. Based on the sludge output of 70 tons TDS and 40% as the solid content of the dewatered sludge, the dewatered sludge shall be 145m3 in volume and will be transported to outside by trucks.

板框压滤机底层设置污泥储存车间,可储存一天的污泥量。按污泥产量为70 吨干污泥,经脱水后污泥含固率为40%来计算,经脱水后污泥体积约为145 m3。污泥运输采用汽车外运。

Slaked lime is anticipated for lime milk preparation and dosing. Slaked lime will be stored into two silos with some equipment supplied by Degremont such as level switches, arch breaker and dust filter. Lime will be dosed from the silos by two screw feeders to two lime milk storage preparation tanks. The lime milk will be pumped by eccentric pump, equipped with frequence conversion.

熟石灰将用于石灰浆的配制和投加。熟石灰将存放在两个石灰窖内,这两座石灰窖将配置由得利满提供的设备,如:料位开关、拱型破碎器和粉尘过滤器。两台螺旋进料器从贮存窖内将石灰加入两座石灰浆贮存制备池。石灰浆将由螺杆泵变频投加。
