1. General Process Description / 工艺综述 Party B is responsible for the following wastewater treatment process: 乙方负责的污水处理工艺如下:

The effluent to be treated comes from various plants of the Steelworks, and contains some domestic sewage. Each plant is operating with different characteristics and timing. The expected effluents will therefore undergo variations in quantity and quality that shall be minimized to optimize the efficiency of the wastewater treatment plant described hereafter.
将要处理的污水来自钢铁厂,其中还包含部分的生活污水。各个工厂的操作具有不同的特点和时间。因此,预计的污水在水量和水质上会有变化,应最大限度地减少这一变化,以优化污水处理厂的效率。
The effluent will arrive into a homogenization and buffer tank after flowing through the coarse and fine screen, and then be pumped to the coagulation and repartition structure.
污水通过粗格栅和细格栅后将进入均化缓冲池,然后由泵提升到混凝配水构筑物。
The buffer tank is designed to have a retention time as long as possible, and it has been finally decided to take 2.5 hours on peak flow of the inlet water
through discussions, and that the tank has to be covered. Raw water lifting shall be provided with flow control to ensure smooth and continuous variations of the flow entering Densadeg, avoiding sudden increase due to start of the pump at full capacity.
缓冲池应具有尽可能长的停留时间,最终经过讨论采用进水峰值流量的2.5小时, 并且要加盖。原水提升备有流量控制,以保证进入高密池的水量是尽量平稳而连续变化的,避免在满负荷时水泵的开启造成水量的突然增加。
The Plant shall be built in one time. The design and implementation of the project shall abide by the following principles :
本工程一次建设,工程设计实施原则:
- Civil works shall be designed and completed based on on 120,000 m3/d 土建工程按120,000 m3/d设计及建设
- Supply and erection of equipment shall be accomplished on the basis of 120,000 m3/d
设备供货安装将按 120,000 m3/d完成
2.1Screen Chamber, Buffer Tank And
Lifting Pump格栅间、调节水池及提升泵站格栅间 Two electrically-operated inlet penstocks and one electric emergency discharge valve are to be installed in the inlet channel of the screen chamber.
格栅间的进水渠内设置2个进水电动闸板阀,和一个事故电动排放阀。
At the entry of inlet channel of the screen chamber will be equipped with online pH meter, to monitor the pH value of the water. In case of the pH value lower than the set value,the inlet penstock will close and the emergency discharge valve will open. When the pH value is within the normal range, the system then resumes operation to accept inlet water.
在格栅间的进水渠口处设置在线pH仪表,监控水中的pH 值。当pH值低于设定值时,进水闸板将关闭,事故阀门打开。当pH正常时,系统自动恢复进水。

The inlet channel has an overflow weir which can enable to discharge the overflowed water into the nearby rivers in the rainy season. Meanwhile, it’s necessary to open the emergency valve in the event of large amount of sand caused by the rainstorm.
进水渠内设置溢流堰,雨季时过量的水可溢流排放至附近的河流中。同时暴雨时因泥沙量瞬时间很大,需打开事故阀排放。
The bottom of the inlet pipes (or channel) in the screen chamber has the level of -3.0m under the ground.
格栅间的进水管道(或渠)底的标高为地面下-3.0m。
There are designed two inlet channels each having capacity of 2500 m3/h. When one channel is under maintenance, the other can carry capacity of 5000 m3/h.
进水的格栅渠道设置两条,每条渠道的过水能力为2500m3/h。在一条检修时,另一条可通过5000 m3/h的流量。
Each channel will be equipped with two-stage automatic screens. The bar
