玻璃粉的选择侧重于分析不同低熔点玻璃粉在涂层制备中的助熔作用及对涂层性能的影响,可以看出同一系列的玻璃粉对性能也有不同影响。但应看到,本文在Q235钢表面制备的陶瓷涂层虽然耐蚀性耐磨性能有所提高,但提高幅度较小。这与本文制备陶瓷涂层时选用水玻璃作为粘结剂,未制备预涂层,热固化温度较低有关。由此可见,热化学反应法陶瓷涂层制备的最佳工艺方法有待深入探讨。

磨性较Q235基体有较大提高。

3 结 论

(1)在Q235钢表面用固相反应法制备玻璃质陶瓷涂层,在固化过程中有莫来石新相(Al6Si2O13)生成。

(2)添加Ts≈450℃玻璃粉的固相反应陶瓷涂层耐盐性较Q235基体提高近11倍,耐酸性提高约3倍。

(3)添加Ts≈600℃玻璃粉的固相反应陶瓷涂层耐

【Abstract】ceramic coating on Q235 steel were prepared by the solid-phase reaction,and the Bi2O3 - B2O3 - SiO2 series of low melting point glass were added into aggregate to promote the reaction and enhance the performance. the result indicated that the glass powder of the same series and different softening temperature added can improve the performance of coatings in different degree.
