摘 要

随着经济的日益增长，信息化时代已经到来，企业数字化管理也逐渐在我国被大多数企业所运用。在运输企业中，车辆管理系统被广泛运用，它可以令企业降低运营成本，提高企业的效益，便于企业在日常运营中对车辆的事故管理，简单明了的交互界面可以把复杂的车辆事故信息快速的呈现在企业管理人员的眼前，通过这些信息的协助企业管理人员可以便捷的完成对相关事故车辆的管理。

本文主要介绍了管理信息系统（MIS）、Visual Basic开发工具和SQL Server 2000数据库，分析了系统的主要组成情况，包括需求情况，系统的设计目标，数据结构，和系统的主要特点等，重点介绍了事故管理模块的详细思路和实现方法。本设计实现了对车辆事故管理等信息的查询、添加、删除、修改等功能，通过对编写程序的运行和调试后，系统基本实现了设计开发的预期目标，为主管部门的决策者和管理者提供充足的信息、快捷的查询和有效的管理方式，减少不必要的损失和浪费，提高了管理的水平和效率。

ABSTRACT

Along with the economic increasing, the informationization time has come, the enterprise digital management also gradually in our country was most enterprise use. In the transportation enterprise, the vehicle management system also began to circulate, it not only can make the enterprise lower operating cost and improve the efficiency of enterprises, facilitate enterprise in the daily operation of the vehicles in the incident management, clear visual form of complex car accidents can be quick to present in the information management personnel's eyes, through the help of the information, enterprise management personnel may convenient traffic accident to related to complete the management.

This paper mainly introduces the management information system (MIS),the Visual Basic development tools and SQL Server 2000 database and analyzed the main components of the system, including the demand situation, the design goals of the system, data structuresand systems of the main features, highlights the details ideas of the accident management module and implementation methods, procedures and forms, The Design and Implementation of the vehicle accident management information query, add, delete, modify, and write programs to run and debug the system has basically achieved the expected goal of the design and development, policy makers and managers of the department in charge ofto provide adequate information, a quick inquiry and effective management, to reduce unnecessary losses and waste, improve the management level and efficiency.
