摘 要

在过去的近十年里，贵州茅台酒股份有限公司实施有效的经营策略，加大执行力度，取得了可观业绩。本文介绍2004-2010年该公司的经营，财务等状况，运用“SWOT分析”、“五力模型”对茅台公司所处的中国白酒市场行业环境、对近年来茅台公司的经营战略进行研究；聚焦近十年茅台公司报表数据，对主要科目深入分析，评估信息披露质量；然后以宜宾五粮液酒股份有限公司为参照，对比同行业两个公司财务状况，分析盈利能力，偿债能力及成长发展能力对企业运营的重要意义。

Financial Statements Analysis from 2004-2010

Abstract

In the past ten years, Gui Zhou Mao Tai Corporation has carried out effective business strategies and greatened implements. It has got outstanding achievement. The paper introduces the operational and financial situation of the Corporation from 2004 to 2010. Then this paper analyses the Chinese liquor industry environment and the business strategies of the Corporation in the recent years, which is based on the SWOT Analysis and the Five Force Model. Concentrating on the data in financial statements of Gui Zhou Mao Tai Corporation in the recent ten years, we made deep analysis of main accounting subjects to evaluate the quality of information disclosure. Finally，comparing with Yi Bin Wu Liang Ye Corporation, this paper introduces the significance of the earning ability，debt paying ability and growth development ability of these two company.
