摘要:可编程序控制器(PLC)是以微处理器为基础的通用工业控制装置,是一种数字运算操作的电子系统。它采用可编程序的存储器,用来在其内部存储执行逻辑运算、顺序控制、定时、计算和算术运算等操作指令,并通过数字式、模拟式的输入和输出,广泛应用在各种机械设备和生产过程的自动控制系统中。本课题是使用三菱PLC控制两种不同液体的混合。根据生产需求,通过液面传感器控制生产对两种液体需求的量,由定时器对搅拌机进行定时控制,从而使液体进行充分混合,最后将混合液体排出容器罐,同时实现生产的循环。

Abstract: Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) is a microprocessor-based general-purpose

industrial control device, a digital electronic computers operating system. It uses a programmable memory used in its internal storage for performing logic operations, sequential control, timing, calculation and arithmetic operation instruction, and is widely used in various mechanical devices through digital and analog inputs and outputs, and the automatic control system of the production process. This topic is Mitsubishi PLC control two different liquid mixture. Controlled by the liquid level sensor according to the produce requirements, the amount of the production of two liquid are wanted by the timer timing control mixer, so that the liquid is thoroughly mixed, the mixed liquid discharge container tank, while achieving a production cycle.
