【新知预习】I. 根据句意及词首字母或汉语提示完成单词。

1）当动名词所表示的动作发生在前时，用remember doing sth.。如：

I remember reading about the earthquake in the newspaper.

我记得在报纸上看到过关于这次地震的消息。

（read这一动作发生在前，remember这一动作发生在后。）

2）当remember本身表示发生在前的动作时，后面接不定式。如：

I’ll remember to ring Bill. 我会记得给比尔大电话的。

（remember这一动作发生在ring这个动作之前。）

remember的此种用法也适用与forget句型。如：

I’ll never forget waiting for you in the rain for the whole night. 我将永远不会忘记在雨中等了你整整一个晚上。（wait这一动作发生在前，forget这个动作发生在后。）He often forgets to close the door.他经常忘记关门。

（forget这一动作发生在close这个动作之前。）

2. shall的用法：Shall后接动词原形。

1）(用于第一人称,表示将来) 将,会I shall be thirty next year. 明年我就三十岁了。

2）(用在问句中表示征求对方意见,主要用于第一、第三人称)...好吗?要不要...?

Shall we begin now? 我们现在开始好吗? Shall I wait outside? 我在外面等好吗?
