一、 工程概况General

康宁显示科技（中国）有限公司第二期项目，MEPI(CUP&OSBL), 管道工程主要包括

冷冻水，冷却水系统，热水系统，压缩空气系统，柴油储存供应系统，天然气，氮气，氧气，液化石油气系统等。

Beijing Corning Phase II project MEPI(CUP&OSBL) piping engineering include

CTWS,CHWS, HW, CDA, DFS, DFR, NG, N2, O2 and LPG etc.

北京亦庄开发区属温带季风气候，年平均气温在11.4~12.9℃，1月最冷，平均气温在

-3~-5℃；北京季风盛行，冬、春季风速最大，年平均风速为2~4米/秒，多为西南风。

Beijing Yizhuang Industry Park belongs to the monsoon climate, annual average

temperature is around 11.4 ~ 12.9 ℃. January is the coldest month, with an average temperature of -3 ~ -5 ℃. Monsoon prevails in Beijing. The largest wind speed is in spring and winter, the annual average wind speed of 2 ~ 4 m / s, mostly south-west winds.

二、 编制目的Purpose

1、加强冬期施工技术管理，提高技术管理水平。

Strengthen and improve construction technology management in winter.

2、确保施工质量，避免由于技术措施不当引起不必要的返工、返修、资源浪费。

To ensure construction quality, avoiding unnecessary rework, repair, waste of resources.

3、确保施工安全，达到国家、地方、业主规定的目标。

To confirm construction safety and meet national, local, owner stated targets.

4、采取正确的冬期施工技术措施，有效降低工程成本，提高经济效益。

Take right construction technical measures in winter to reduce the project cost and increase economic efficiency.

三、施工技术措施Construction technical measures

1、管道焊接Piping Welding

当室外温度低于0℃，所有钢材的焊缝应在始焊处100cm范围内预热到15℃以上，防

止因低温而导致焊接质量下降。在本项目，碳钢管线，我们将采取氧乙炔火焰预热进行加温，由于北京冬季气温较低，空气干燥，风速较大，为减少热量的散失，在各个焊接点搭设防风棚，防风棚的大小应能方便焊工操作，管内穿堂风用帆布包扎管口进行预防，完成

预热后应立即进行管道焊接，为了确保层间温度，每层焊道必须紧凑，前一道工序完成后，立即进行下道工序。在每层焊道焊接前，需使用电子温度计测量管道温度是否符合规范要求，如过低，采用电加热器重新预热。

When the outdoor temperature is below 0℃, all weld seams shall be preheated above 15℃.In this project, we will take oxyacetylene flame for preheating. Due to low temperatures, dry air and larger wind speed in winter in Beijing, in order to reduce heat dissipation, wind shelters shall be put up in various welding points. The size of wind shelter should be able to facilitate welding. Cover nozzles by canvas for prevent draught inside pipes. Welding shall be carried out immediately after preheating. In order to ensure layer temperature, each bead must be compacted step by step. Before each bead welding, use electronic thermometers to measure whether the pipe temperature meets specifications, if too low, use electric heaters to re-warm.

当环境温度低于-5℃时，宜对焊好的焊缝进行保温覆盖。盖面焊后立即将石棉保温被

覆盖在焊口上，包扎好，保温1小时左右。

When the environment temperature is below -5 ℃, cover the completed weld seams. Cover weld joints immediately by tied asbestos insulation blanket for about 1 hour.

焊接材料焊接前，必须进行烘烤和保温。

Before welding, the welded materials must be roasted and thermal insulated.

酸性焊条：烘烤温度150-200℃，保温1-2小时

Acid welding rod: roast temperature 150-200 centigrade and insulated for 1-2 hours. 碱性焊条：烘烤温度250-300℃，保温1-2小时

Alkaline welding rod: roast temperature 250-300 centigrade and insulated for 1-2 hours.

建立焊材烘烤，保温，发放及回收台账，并真实可靠

Make a record of roast, thermal insulation, offering and retrieving, and make sure the record is accurate and reliable.

烘烤后没有用完的焊条，当温度降低到100℃左右时，应重新烘烤，焊条离烘干箱时间超过4小时，下次使用前也必须烘烤，但同一焊条烘烤次数不应超过3次。

Re roast the unused rods after the temperature dropped to 100 centigrade. When the

rods leave the drying box for above 4 hours, re roast them for next use. However, the same rod cannot be fired above 3 times.

不锈钢管线计划年前放假之前，均在预制场预制，不在现场焊接安装。预制场内安装温度计，一旦室内温度低于0℃，即用碘钨灯对整个室内环境进行加温，加温到0℃以上，方可进行预制。

Stainless pipes are planned to be published at the prefabrication shop before the Chinese New Year, and no welding and installation on site. Install temperature gauge in the shop. Heat the shop with iodine-tungsten filament lamp when the temperature is below 0 centigrade. And only after above 0 centigrade can the fabrication be done.

2、Hydro test管道试压
