一、教学目标:
1、知识目标:
①听、说单词six, brother.
②听说认读句型Happy birthday!并表达谢意Thank you!与How old are you? I’m… years old.进行年龄的询问
③能够理解对话大意,能够运用正确的语音、语调朗读对话。
2、能力目标:
①能在实际情境中运用所学主句型How old are you? I’m …years old. 询问年龄并作答。
②能够完成Let’s play部分的问答练习。
3、情感文化策略目标:
①收到别人的礼物和祝福时,要表达感谢。
②要感恩父母。
③让学生了解西方国家,成年人一般不谈论年龄的话题,这属于个人隐私。
二、教学重难点
1、教学重点:①正确认读单词six、brother
②听说认读句型Happy birthday! How old are you? I’m … years old.询问年龄并作答,并能在情境中灵活运用。

①单词brother的读音。

Step1、Preparation
1. Free talk

(一)看图预测,视听对话,整体感知,理解对话意义。

播放对话视频,引出Sam,师教读。
(二)分段视听,播放第一组对话视频,获取对话细节信息。
1.学习brother
T: The little boy is Sam. But who is Sam? Let’s listen and choose.
播放音频,引出句子John, this is my brother, Sam.教学brother并使用卡片进行教学。分析读音/br/-/˄/-/θ/-/ə/-/br ˄θə/,注意th的发音。
T: Look at this picture,this is brother, this is brother, too. They are brothers.
2. 学习Happy birthday! 和Thank you.
(1)学习Happy birthday!
T: Today is Sam’s birthday. John comes to the party. What does John say to Sam? Let’s listen and choose.
播放音频,引出Happy birthday!并用分组读,男女生读。
(2)学习Thank you.
T:How does Sam answer? Let’s listen and choose. 播放音频,引出Thank you. 拆音教学,个读,排读,分组读,男女生读。

(三)分段视听,播放第二组对话视频,进一步理解对话。学习用句型How old are you? I’m … years old.询问别人年龄并进行回答。
1. 学习I’m six years old.
T: Today is Sam’s birthday. How old is Sam? Now, let’s listen and choose.
播放音频,引出I’m six years old.,句卡领读,贴句卡,并采用生读、
小组读、男女生读、小组读。
2.学习How old are you?
T: Sam says: I’m six years old. But what does John ask? Listen.
播放音频,引出句子How old are you? 领读,板书,机械练习,方法同上。
3. 机械操练
T: How old are you?
S1: I’m six years old.
采用师问生答,生生问答的方式练习主句型。

4. 意义操练:
T: At Sam’s birthday party, his friends are coming. Look, Wu Yifan is coming .Let’s ask Wu Yifan “How old are you? ”
S: Wu Yifan , Wu Yifan, How old are you? 师生数蜡烛并回答道I’m nine years old.
以同样方式询问Chen Jie, Mike年龄,并且渗透eight, nine,ten为下一步的操练做准备。
5. 根据自己的实际情况操练句型How old are you? I’m … years old.师问生答,生问师答,生生问答。
(设计意图:以Sam的生日为主线,通过听音答题,层层递进,解决
教学重难点。以Sam的朋友参加生日和问答年龄活动,进行意义操练。)
6. 情感渗透:But in western countries, don’t ask people’s age, because it’s impolite and it’s a secret.
