摘 要
乌溪江水电站座落于浙江省乌溪江,湖南镇,属于梯级开发电站,根据地形要求,其开发方式为有压引水式。坝区地质条件较好,主要建筑物(砼非溢流坝),泄水建筑物(砼溢流坝),引水建筑物(有压引水遂洞,调压室),地面厂房。
水库设计洪水位238m(千年一遇),相应的下泄流量6000m3/s;校核洪水位241m(万年一遇),相应的下泄流量9700m3/s;正常挡水位231m.
本设计确定坝址位于山前峦附近,非溢流坝坝顶高程242.3m。坝底高程106m。最大坝高130.3m。上游折坡坡度1:0.10,下游坝坡坡度1:0.77,溢流坝堰顶高程224.2m。
引水遂洞进口位于坝址上游凹口处,遂洞全长1100m。洞径8.7m,调压室位于厂房上游280m左右处,高程180m的山峦上,型式为差动式。
厂房位于下游荻青位置。设计水头92.91m,装机容量5×4=20万kw,主厂房净宽17.4m,总长59.50m。水轮机安装高程115.66m,发电机层地面高程128.03m,装配场层地面高程129.95m,校核尾水位129.45m。厂房附近布置开关站,主变等。受地形限制,尾水平台兼作公路用,坝址与厂区通过盘山公路连接,形成枢纽体系。
由此可见,本设计是合理可行的。

Abstract
The Wuxijiang hydropower station is located in HuNan Town in ZheJiang
province ,which belongs to a chain of exploitation .
According to the demand of topographic form ,I choose diversion hydropower station . The geology condition is good .The main construction conclude the water retaining structure (the concrete non –over-fall dam) ,the release works (the concrete over –fall dam) ,the diversion structure (pressure seepage tunnel ,the
surge-chamber ) ,and the surface power station .
The design water level is 238 m ,its corresponding flow amount is 6000
m3/s .The check level is 241 m ,its corresponding flow is 9700 m3/s .The regular water retaining level is 231m .
The dam site is near the former saddle .The crest elevation of the non-over-fall dam is 243.4 m ,and the base elevation is 112m ,The max height of the dam is 130.3 m ,The upstream dam slope is 1:0.10 ,the downstream dam slop is 1:0.77 ,the spillway crest elevation is 224.2 m .The inducer of the seepage tunnel is located at the recess place ,The length of tunnel is 1100 m ,the diametric of which is 8.70 m .The
surge-chamber is located at the mountain , which is 280 m from the work shop building and is type is differential motion
