摘 要
我国电子商务发展高速发展,给中国经济注入新的活力。但是新的零售业态的发展必然会对已有的商业模式形成冲击甚至是颠覆,传统零售业在改革开放后蓬勃发展,由于电子商务的冲击利润和效益开始下滑。电子商务一方面面临巨大的历史机遇,但另一方面在发展中也存在不少问题。传统零售业面对挑战,是坚守传统还是变革触网,各方面产生了困惑和争论。
本文通过对电商和传统零售业的碰撞和发展理论等进行研究,对于电子商务和传统零售业所面临的机遇,存在的问题进行阐述,分析两者共生和融合的可行性及如何实现两者兼容并蓄共同发展与成长。对于电子商务相关理论的研究,比对不同零售业态的成长,找到电子商务与传统零售业发展的可行性途径。电子商务与传统零售业深耕市场,注重满足顾客需求和提高服务质量,最终通过科学有效的管理提高企业核心竞争力。通过技术平台跨领域协作,合理有效的连接产业链和价值链,两种零售业态和谐共赢,健康发展。 关键字:电子商务 传统零售业 碰撞 共生

The high-speed development of China's e-commerce development, bring new life to the Chinese economy.But the growth of new retail formats will inevitably impact on the formation of the existing business model and even subversion, the traditional retail industry vigorous development after reform and opening up, due to the impact of e-commerce profit and efficiency began to decline. E-commerce on the one hand, face enormous historical opportunity, but on the other hand there are also many problems in developing. Traditional retail industry in the face of opportunity, is to stick to traditional or a net change, all aspects of the confusion and arguments.
Based on electricity and traditional retail collision theory research and development, for electronic commerce and traditional retail industry facing the opportunity and existing problems are expounded, the symbiosis and the feasibility of the integration are analyzed and how to implement the eclecticism common development and growth. For electronic commerce related theory research, compare the growth of different retail formats, find the feasibility of e-commerce and traditional retail development way. Electronic commerce and the traditional retail deep market, pay attention to meet customer demand and improve the quality of service, ultimately through the scientific and effective management to improve enterprise core competitiveness. Through the interdisciplinary collaboration technology platform, reasonable and effective connection industry chain and value chain, eventually form a mutually beneficial and win-win situation.
