摘 要
本设计要求建2500m3炼铁高炉。设计主要内容包括高炉炉型设计计算、高炉炉衬选择计算、高炉冷却系统设计、高炉钢结构及基础设计以及高炉本体立剖图,同时,对所设计高炉一些设备特点进行简述。
高炉有效容积为2500m3,高径比取2.3,高炉利用系数取值为2.0,据此设计高炉炉型。高炉采用了全冷却壁、砖壁合一薄壁炉衬陶瓷杯复合炉底、软水闭路循环冷却系统等先进技术。
本着优质、高产、低耗和对环境污染小的方针。预设计一座日产生铁5000t的高炉。本设计说明书进行的详细的设计及计算,同时结合国内外相同炉容一些大高炉的先进生产操作经验及相关的数据。力求使设计的高炉做到高度机械化、自动化和大型化。以期达到最佳的生产效益。
