1.目的 Purpose

制定此一测试标准，以仿真玩具在正常使用或滥用时所产生的损害或冲击情况。 Formulate the test standards, with simulation toys in normal use or abuse generated when the damage or shock.

2.适用范围 Scope

2.1适用于96个月以下儿童玩具的光身成品或配件。

3.试验设备 Test Equipment

注：对电动玩具，应装上推荐电池进行跌落测试。如果没有指定电池的规格型号，应使用通用的质量可能最重的通用电池。

4.测试程序 Test Procedure

4.1 测试环境 Test Environment

4.1.1测试前，测试样板必须在温度为20~25℃，相对湿度为20%~70%的环境中放置

至少4h；

4.2 测试要求 Test Requirements

4.2.1根据客户规格要求，本公司或国际玩具安全标准要求，确定所需测试的产品测试

5.1可靠性测试 Reliability Testing

如测试后，样板无断裂、无失功能、无利角、利边或小物体（适用于3岁以下儿童玩具）以及其他安全性问题，则为合格。
