摘 要
永磁同步电机(PMSM)因其本身具有重量轻、效率高、体积小、控制性能好等优点,在高性能伺服系统中得到广泛应用。然而永磁同步电机及其控制系统的控制性能会受到电机参数的影响,而实际运行的电机会存在参数不容易获得或者参数在实际的系统中会受到运行状态和环境状况的影响而发生变化,因此能够获得准确的电机参数对伺服电机控制器的配置有着很重要的意义。
针对这个问题,本论文以参数辨识为主线首先讨论了永磁同步电机的数学模型以及永磁同步电机的控制策略,在对常规SPWM及SVPWM进行比较的基础上选定了SVPWM矢量控制并对它的原理和具体实现过程进行了简要地介绍,并对永磁同步电机SVPWM矢量控制在Matlab中进行建模及仿真;接下来对模型参考自适应参数辨识理论进行了分析和讨论并对其在永磁同步电机参数辨识上的应用进行了分析;用稳定性理论推导出模型参考自适应参数辨识的自适应律在SVPWM矢量控制仿真的基础上对参数辨识的过程进行仿真并对仿真得到的辨识结果以及产生这种结果的原因进行深入的讨论分析;最后在实验平台上进行参数辨识的实验对理论和仿真进行验证,实验中具体的实施方法是利用离线辨识的简单便利性对电阻和电感进行初步辨识,以离线辨识得到的结果作为接下来在线辨识的初值,这样有利于在线辨识更快地收敛,从而更快地达到通过参数辨识完成驱动器初始化的过程的目的;最后在讨论几种常用的控制器的基础上说明了极点配置方法设计的控制器的有效性和优越性,然后利用前面获得的辨识结果采用极点配置的方法设计电流环控制器。

Abstract
Because of the inborn advantages,such as low weight, high power density, small volume, good control performance and so on, permanent magnetic synchronous motor (PMSM) has been widely used in high performance servo systems. However, the performance of PMSM and its control system can be easily influenced by the motor’s parameters, and we usually met the problem like that the parameters couldn’t be got easily or the parameters of the motor changes with the situation of the motor and environment. So, it is very important to let the driver know the exact parameters of the motor to achieve good performance.
About this problem, in this paper we debate the mathematic model of PMSM at first and the control method of PMSM at first with parameter identification at its heart, based on the comparison of regular SPWM and SVPWM we choose SVWPM vector coltrol and make a chief introduction to its principle and realization procedure and do some simulation in Matlab. Following we talk about MRAS paremeter identification which is used in identifying the PMSM’s parameters and get the adaptive laws with stability theorem; then we do some simulation and some analysis on the result of the simulation; at last we do the parameter identification experiment on the drive system platform. The method used in this paper is that identifing resistance and inductance with offline identification and then use the results we got to set the initial value of online identification,in this way,we can get convergence more quickly and efficiently.At last based on the comparision of several commonly used controller I design a current loop controller adopt the pole placement method with the parameters which have been identified before.
