性能设计是实现被动抗震到主动抗震的一个巨大进步

并对这种带有梁式转换的复杂高层结构的设计方法

进行了研究

论述了概念设计

分析了高位转换对结构性能的不利影响

并采用弹性时程分析对结构在多遇地震作用

下的弹性内力和变形结果进行了复核

最后本文系统地论述了结构弹塑性分析的过程和影响因素

对结构在大震作用下的变形性能进

行了直观的描述

本文通过详细的分析研究

为今后此

类结构的设计提供了一个具体的可参考方法

Abstract

The high-rise building with transfer storey is a kind of unusual and complicated structure form, its salient characteristic is that distribution of the lateral components along vertical direction is not continuous, and the vertical stiffness is not uniform. It is easy to form a weak layer in the structure under the action of a strong earthquake, it is a kind of structure form which is unfavorable to the seism resistance and should be used carefully in the high earthquake intensity area, so attention should be paid to process, when taking the rational measures to ensure the earthquake resistant security of the structure design. This thesis illuminates the core of the Performance

the key of the PBD, is the control of the nonlinear deformation of structure in

condition of seldom occurred seismic. This thesis applies the ideas into a factual design, and researches the design method for complicated high-rise structures with beam-transfer storey.

This thesis introduces the type of structure with transfer-storey, and it’s main characteristic, and the key point of the design of shear-wall structure with beam-transfer storey systematically, emphasizes that more attention should be paid to the conceptual design of the earthquake resistant design of the structure, analyzes the influence of high-transfer floor on the structure performance. Two kinds of different mechanical models are adopted to conduct computational analysis and comparison, the elastic internal force and deformation of structure subjected to frequently occurred seismic are checked with elastic time history method. The concept of Performance-Based Design is introduced, and the Performance-Based Design of the transfer storey is done. Finally this

thesis illuminates the process and influence factor of elastic- plastic analysis of structure, and illuminates the reasonable selection of the mechanical models and the seismic wave for structural analysis. The deformation performance of stucture under major earthquake is described directly and the results are analyzed, which prove that designer's conceptual design and performance-based designed is successful.

This thesis presents some design ideas of beam-transfer complicated high-rise building, put the emphases on conceptual design and Performance-Based Design, provide a method for the similar projects.
