摘 要

项目进度管理是工程项目管理的一项极为重要的工作，能全面反映项目的实施状况。做好施工阶段的进度控制管理对确保施工单位履行合同、工程按期竣工发挥着至关重要的作用。施工项目进度控制与投资控制和质量控制一样，是项目施工申的重点控制之一。它是保证施工项目按期完成，合理安排资源供应、节约工程成本的重要措施。但是，目前在建设项目管理中很难同时实现质量、成本和进度三大目标，本文即针对项目进度控制，从系统的角度出发，结合实际详细阐述了项目进度控制的管理过程。

Abstract

The progress of the project management of engineering project management is a very important job, which can reflect the project implementation status. Do a good job in the construction phase of the progress control management to ensure the construction unit to perform the contract, the project completed on time plays a vital role in. Progress control of construction project investment control and quality control, is one of key control project construction claim. It is to ensure that the construction project completed on schedule, the reasonable arrangement of resources supply, save the cost of important measures. However, at present in the construction project management is difficult to simultaneously achieve the quality, cost and schedule three big targets, the article focuses on the project progress control, from the system point of view, combined with the actual detailed project schedule control of management process.
