Several procedures(步鄹) on reading■先快速浏览全文，了解文章的大意及大致内容，不要过多 考虑某些词句的意义，更不要进行语法分析。 ■接着，细看文章后所列出的问题与选项，并带着问题查读 文章。目光要自上而下、一目数行地寻找与题目有关的词句， 找到有关范围后再采用研读的办法逐句琢磨。对于涉及面广 的题目或者列在首位的主旨题，可选择放在最后做，涉及面 广的细节题与推论题在孤立的句子或段落里不一定能找到答 案，因此需要在关键的地方结合上下文认真思考。对于较长 的文章可采用先读问题与选项，后阅读文章的方法，此方法 也可运用于有较高难度的文章。 ■答完所有题目后，可以再快读一遍文章，逐一校对各题的 答案。查看各题答案是否前后照应，与原文有无矛盾，文中 是否有疏忽的重要线索。

Several important tips on reading(一)要注意养成良好的阅读心理。阅读时要去掉杂念，心绪要 安定，精神要专一，要形成一种惬意的顺向心理。造成大脑皮层 的优势兴奋中心。切不可一遇到几个生词难句，就心烦意乱，失 去自控能力。心理学家告诉我们，任何恐慌，过分紧张的情绪都 会形成一种消极因素妨碍大脑的正常思维功能。因此，遇到

困难 一定要从容不迫，心无旁骛。这样才能对所读的文章印象清晰， 理解深刻。 (二)要提高视读的速度。考阅读理解，从另一个方面来说，考 的是考试速度。慢读是不行的。因此做阅读理解时，要注意培养 自己快速阅读的习惯。千万不要逐词阅读，更不要一遇到生词就 查字典。还要注意阅读的连贯性。 (三)阅读时要注意培养语感。所谓语感是指人们对语言中词 语搭配及句型结构的熟练程度。语感好的人，理解力就强，视读 的速度就快。阅读时要留心词语的搭配，即惯用法。必要时可用 笔划一划或记下来。读完每一篇文章，都应总结归纳一下，积累 了多少单词，惯用法和句型，这样语感自然就会好起来。
