Thus most star-rated hotels are stressing great importance on concierge service.1

ConciergeIn doing bell service the concierge attends the guests from their first step into the hotel to the final room destination. On the guests’ arrival, the bellman carries their luggage from the car. He leaves the luggage on the lobby floor until the guests finish registering. Then the bellman accompanies the guests with the luggage to the guest room. Once inside the room, the bellman checks the facilities and cleanliness in the room. He will also explain some special features of the hotel, and show how to use certain facilities. Normally the bellman points out some selfservice items especially, for example, the minibar or the in-room safe, in case unnecessary dispute arises

community as well as the hotel very well. Usually the concierge
