摘 要
根据程控切纸机的工作过程,为克服继电器、接触器控制故障率高、可靠性低等缺点,设计了一套以PLC为核心的切纸机裁切自动控制系统。它利用PLC完善的内部功能,有效而可靠的实现了自动裁切、自动送纸等全自动控制。
本文首先对现代可编程控制技术的应用现状、发展趋势作了较为详细的介绍,并简要介绍了切纸机的产生背景和应用意义。简单概括了切纸机的电气系统的总体方案设计,并比较了工控机、可编程控制器等控制方案的优缺点。对于三菱公司的F2-20MR型PLC也做了一定的介绍。之后详细讲述了程控切纸机系统主体软硬件的研制过程和设计方法。
本设计的关键就是要在原继电器控制电路的基础上,经过合理的转换,从而设计出具有相同功能的控制程序。

Abstract
According to the working process of the cutter program, to overcome the relays, high reliability, low failure rate control, a set of faults in PLC is the core of cutter cutting automatic control system. It USES PLC perfect internal functions, effective and reliable realizes automatic paper feeding, automatic cutting full automatic control, etc.
This paper firstly modern programmable control technology application situation and the development trends are introduced, and briefly introduces the background and cutter. Simply summarized cutter electrical system, and the overall design of industrial computer, compares the programmable controller to control scheme. In the F2-20MR mitsubishi type PLC made certain. After discoursed program-controlled cutter system hardware and software development process and the main design method.
The key originally designed is that should be on the basis of control circuit of original relay, through rational conversion , thus design PLC control procedure with same function
