铸造产品的可追溯性管理流程

Traceability management process to casting products

为保证铸造产品的可追溯性，各相关部门应严格按照此作业流程执行，确保产品的可追溯性。To ensure the traceability of casting products, related departments should strictly following the operation procedure.

1、为防止产品的混乱，每一炉号的铸件产品在清沙前应严格区分开，并放在指定的区域内。

To prevent the confusion of the products, all casting products of each furnace must be strictly separated before cleaning , and put the product to appointed area .

2、每炉产品的区域内应做好标识，标识上注明产品名称、材质、炉号。

All areas of each furnace products must be marked clearly, such as the products’ name, material and melt NO. .

3、清沙必须在指定的区域内完成，并指定操作员两人敲炉号，操作员根据区域内流转卡的标识依次敲炉号，炉号需清晰可辨认。

Cleaning should be in the appointed areas, there are two operaters stamping the melting number one by one according to move card. And the melting number must be clearly.

4、清砂检验员根据产品炉号跟踪表，对现场所有指定区域的产品进行巡检，并对敲好炉号的产品进行检查，所有炉号检验完成后方可进行下一道工序。 According to products’ trace tables, operators should be inspect all the marked products in their areas. All marked products are not put into the next process until they are checked acceptable.
