DESCRIPTION The BUF420M is manufactured using HighVoltage Multi Epitaxial Planar technology for highswitching speeds and high voltage capacity. Ituses a Cellular Emitter structure with planar edgetermination to enhance switching speeds whilemaintaining a wide RBSOA.

The BUF series is designed for use inhigh-frequency power supplies and motor controlapplications.
